We have just completed our year 16 audit One days remote and three days on-site
for ISO9001 and Approved Contractor Scheme (Security Industry Authority)
We are being recommended for reaccreditation, our score against 78 indicators has also increased due to good practises.
As a TEAM we have performed throughout a difficult period, COVID affected us all personally and in business, but we all pulled together and have come out the other side stronger.
We continued maintained high standards of service delivery, as demonstrated during the audit with Customer and Consumer feed-back being highlighted.
2023 has started with a bang – new contracts, a strong order book for 2023, and we are already taking bookings for 2024, we are increasing our training course dates, with more to be released soon.
None of this could be achieved without our Front-Line Officers and a strong Management team, without whom none of this would be possible.
